5 SIMPLE STEPS
Tell Us How We Can Contact You
Click on “New Clients Start Here”. This will allow you to send our firm your contact information so that we me set an appointment that works for your schedule. Remember, many of our CPAs live in the United States so appointments are often in the morning or evening for our APAC clients.
2. First Tax Consultation
We will contact you to discuss your individual tax satiation. Since taxes are a very personal and everyone’s situation is different, we want to help you understand the tax services that are best for you and what to expect in fees. We will tailor a tax package specifically to meet your needs so that you only pay for the services that you need, and we never sell you items that will not benefit you. Remember, everyone earns their money in a different way so the tax forms you need are custom tailored to you. In addition, we will recommend tax strategies that will lower your US tax in the future.
3. Tax Organizer and Tax Information
Once you have become a client of our firm, we will send you a tax organizer to fill out and a list of tax forms that we will need to complete your USA tax return. Please be as detailed as possible when filling in the organizer. If you need help, we are happy to provide you with guidance to ensure you do the forms correctly with minimal effort. We will also need you to upload copies of W2, 1099s, and other tax forms required to do your taxes. These uploads are done on an encrypted server that only you and your tax preparer have access to. Safeguarding your information is one of our highest priorities.
5. Final Step
After we have all of your information, we will review your tax information and schedule an interview for you and one of our highly trained CPAs. This interview will ensure that we have a complete understanding of your information, your business, financial goals, and allow us to discuss tax strategies to lower your future tax burden. Many tax firms prepare your taxes and never talk to their clients in person. Our firm will not do this, unless required due to communication problems. We like our clients and see them as part of our family, we want to discuss all aspects of your taxes and future financial goals so that we can reduce your taxes while planning for your future. There is no replacement for a tax preparer that takes a personal interest you in and your family and works to secure your financial freedom.
4. Taxes Complete
Once the taxes are complete, we will have you sign the IRS E-File forms and provide you copies of the competed returns. We E-File the federal and state returns to the proper taxing authorities so you can rest easy. In addition, if you owe any taxes, we will provide you copies of the forms you need to easily pay the tax due. With the taxes complete we encourage our clients to contact our office often so that we can help you implement tax reduction strategies.
